Admission Procedure

Admissions open every year during December/January for the academic session beginning in April. Parents can obtain the registration form from the school office or download it from the website.

The duly filled registration form must be submitted to the school office within the prescribed time along with the required documents and a non-refundable registration fee. Forms downloaded online must be submitted with payment via demand draft in favor of the school.

Parents may also register online, but submission of the printed form along with documents and fees at the school office is mandatory. Forms for E.W.S. category are available free of cost.

Required Documents

  • Birth Certificate (attested)
  • Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Certificate
  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport Copy (if available)
  • Income Certificate (for E.W.S. only)
  • Previous Report Card (attested)
  • Address Proof (Voter ID / PAN / DL / Electricity Bill)
  • Passport size photographs of student & parents

Age Criteria

For Nursery admission, the child should be between 3.5 to 4 years as on 31st March of the academic year. Age criteria apply similarly for higher classes.

Class-wise Admission Process

  • Nursery / LKG / UKG: No test. Selection based on form screening and document verification.
  • Class I to V: Interactive session with student and parents.
  • Class VI to IX: Written test (English, Math, Science, SST).
  • Class XI: Stream selection based on Class X performance (CGPA/marks).

Important Guidelines

Admission is strictly subject to availability of seats and submission of all required documents. Selected candidates are notified through notice board and website. Parents must deposit fees within the given timeline, failing which the seat may be offered to another candidate.

The school reserves the right to assign the appropriate class after evaluating the student’s ability. Mid-session admissions are granted only to meritorious students under special circumstances.
